FULL PRICE ITEMS
We offer a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a full refund on full price items, except underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, starting from the day after you received the products. If you decide to return the goods they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original tags attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
You do not need to request a refund from us via email.
If you need an exchange, Please email us your request in advance so we can reserve your item.
SALE ITEMS
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a full refund on sale items, except underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, starting from the day after you received the products. If you decide to return the goods they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original tags attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. Items can be returned to either of our stores in-store, or alternatively by post. Please make postal returns out to the following address:

*Please Note: The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We do not offer free returns and so the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned e.g. custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and for hygiene reasons we will not accept returns of underwear and socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to enquire about an exchange is to email at sales@signature-menswear.com, or alternatively call our store on 01224 646982.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show in your account.
