We offer free collection in store for all online purchases.
Please wait for collection confirmation via email before heading in-store. We aim to have store collection orders available same-day.

 

 

UK

 

£5.50 flat rate for orders under £75.00.
Postal Service is Tracked 48 Hours with Tracking.
 Please allow 2-3 working days, from dispatch, for delivery from Royal Mail.
 

Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

In the event of a non-arrival of an order we must allow 10 days from dispatch date before we can investigate.

 

 

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT

 

If Royal Mail can't deliver a Tracked 48 item, they will typically leave a "Something for you" card at the delivery address. This card will indicate why delivery was missed and provide instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect the item from a local delivery office or Post Office Royal Mail. Royal Mail will hold the item for 18 days before returning it to back to us.

IMPORTANT

Any items that are not delivered and are returned to us due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, because the customer was not present at the delivery address when the attempt was made or from refused delivery will be refunded in full, minus the delivery costs.

 

 

CUSTOM CHARGES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them. We cannot predict how much these charges will be. Since customs vary country to country please contact your local customs office for further information. Any orders that refuse delivery due to this cost, once returned to us will be refunded in full minus any shipping costs either to destination location or return to us.
